Membership Requirements

Qualifications of membership in Soroptimist International are:
  • be working, retired, out of work, or embarking on a career in a profession or business.​
Obligations of membership in SI Oceanside-Carlsbad are:
  1. Pay annual dues, which are $195.00, July 1st - June 30th by clicking the "Join Today" button above and complete the online application. Annual dues for new members are prorated from the entry month.
  2. Join and participate in at least one committee.
  • Committees include Community Service Grants, Education Grants, Art Scholarships, Career Support, Hands On Projects, Personal or Club Fundraisers, Anti-Human Trafficking, Public Relations, Development, International Projects, Social Media and many more to choose from.

​We currently meet twice a month (unless there is a holiday such as Thanksgiving) on the first and third Fridays for lunch. Meeting attendance is not required, but that's where all the action, great ideas and fun takes place! We do not meet in December and July, but we have social events during those months.
