Career support for high school girls from the members of SIOC

Dream It, Be It is a program from Soroptimist International of the Americas (SIA) to help high school girls achieve their career goals. Each Soroptimist club participates with a local program.
Soroptimist International of Oceanside-Carlsbad is partnering with Ocean Shores High School in Oceanside for a one-day conference in November that will include the following topics: career opportunities, setting and achieving goals, overcoming obstacles to success, and how to move forward after setbacks and failures. |
